Linear Collection by George Alderete
“LINEAR”
I created a hidden mystic within the Linear Lines of each vail in this collection.
I hand painted each vail using water color techniques; blotting, mottled wash and
blurring, creating a variegated migration of tones and hues. Scarlett, Marigold, and
Tangerine give a soft flowing movement that ebbs and flows throughout the
discipline of linear lines.
These are the colors of passion and energy. Linear is both art and elegance. Each
vail is a unique piece of art.
